Feel free to download and use our invitations below. We recommend that you print the appropriate waiver above and attach it along with this waiver when you send them out.

The first waiver is for paintball, and the other two are for younger/older Lazer Tag audiences.

Please be sure to download our Waiver prior to dropping your children off.
WAIVERS MUST BE SIGNED IN PERSON, or notarized. There are no exceptions to this rule, as our #1 goal is the safety of your children.
